Office Location: Parkview Huntington Hospital, 2001 Stults Rd, Huntington, IN 46750.Team: 2 physicians & 2 advanced practice providersWeekly Patient Contact: 36 hoursCall Requirement: Very light telephone call (access center triages initial inquires)Inpatient and obstetric practice optionalParkview Huntington Hospital
Medical Staff Members: 19Beds: 3624-hour emergency care, a wide range of services and the Parkview Huntington Family YMCA on campusSome of our programs & specialties include audiology, cardiology, colorectal surgery, ear, nose & throat, family medicine, general surgery, internal medicine, nephrology, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedics, pain medicine, pediatrics, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, neurology, sleep medicine and urologyParkview Health

Huntington County, located in the heart of Northeast Indiana, is easily accessible on US 24, minutes from I-69, which connects to Fort Wayne, Indiana s second-largest city.
