Supervisory Clinical Psychologist

Summary

The position functions as Advanced Practice Nurse (Behavioral Health) and has program responsibility as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Drug Dependency Unit (DDU) located in Winnebago, NE. The DDU delivers residential treatment services in a multi-disciplinary manner to patients who are affected by substance abuse, and in most cases, cooccurring psychological and various other mental conditions.

Duties

As Chief Executive Officer of the Drug Dependency Unit, you will:

• Implement an effective comprehensive mental health/substance abuse services program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of care delivered to patients.
• Provide fiscal management to develop budgets, project costs and monitor expenses.
• Oversee personnel management activities including position management, recruitment, employee relations, and conduct staff meetings and conferences, develop job performance standards and assist in the proper evaluation and ratings of employees.
• Make provisions to ensure the DDU is operated within the standards of accreditation bodies.
