  • The YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is seeking a highly professional individual to lead fun, dynamic, and effective Group Fitness classes.
  • Under the direction of the Fitness Director and in accordance with Association policies, the Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for the delivery of adult fitness classes focusing on excellent customer service.
  • The Group Exercise instructor will lead group classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement.
  • In addition, every position in the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is responsible for upholding the Christian principles that are central to our mission by modeling behaviors that exemplify the Ys core values - caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
  • Within the scope of practice, answers questions from members to support them in achieving their goals related to healthy living.
  • Promotes YMCA programs and events while specifically encouraging regular participation in Group Fitness classes.
  • Pay Per Class Rate for Group Exercise Instructor 1: Per 60 Minute Class (Length of class may vary) $14.00 - $17.00
