Maintenance Manager

- Create and execute a maintenance program/schedule to include proactive and routine maintenance. Collaborate with appropriate leaders to minimize impact on operations/productivity.
- Ensure all machinery is working at appropriate standards to maximize productivity and minimize equipment failure
- Own and oversee the care and maintenance of all equipment and systems in safe operating condition.
- Supervise maintenance team to ensure objectives are met
- Own appropriate vendor/third party relationships (electricians, plumbers, Reiser, equipment supplier techs etc) to ensure execution of maintenance tasks
- Develop and manage maintenance budget. Ensure appropriate documentation/reporting as required by Finance
- Forecast, order and price negotiate for spare parts inventory
- Ensure all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines
- Ensure proper communication, training and compliance to all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to proper use of PPEs, safe ergonomic practices and proper/safe handling of food products
- Collaborate with HR, Operations and appropriate third party vendors to ensure proper training of employees (salary and hourly) on equipment (existing equipment and new installations)
- Ensure maintenance team is appropriately staffed to execute maintenance program and respond to emergency maintenance calls

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance
- Previous management experience a plus
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Highly collaborative, perceptive, operates with accountability
