Who are we looking for?

ESI is looking for an experienced developer who can step in, champion the website strategy, develop modules using Drupal technology, and execute the strategy in partnership with ESI leadership, business owners, and multiple external vendors. Duties include developing on the Drupal technology platform, championing the user experience, designing, and realizing website related enhancements, ensuring the website is compliant and secure, refreshing and optimizing the website, and managing analytics and data to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Drupal experience, has website analytics experience, has led design/redesign, launched, and managed of global websites, (including China based translated satellite sites); be well versed in developing excellent user experiences and customer journeys and understand the technology landscape and how to leverage the right tools for the right job.

Ensure all website developments are done according to ESIs standards and following Drupal and Acquia best practices.

What will you be doing?
-Ensure that all ESI websites are developed along proper standards, keeping architecture and website design integrity strict and centralized
-Implement custom modules that extended Drupal core features
-Website certificate management, renew and install
-Created APIs using Drupal REST API and integration of backend
-Oversee that websites maintain Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, work with legal, procurement, IT security teams as needed
-Implement search functionality using Drupal core Search API
-Ensure all website implementations and enhancements follow best practices, standardized development, testing and release guidelines
-Review security and validate modules & added features conform before implementation
-Work with cross-functional business units as an owner of the technical expertise, with the entitlement of specifying the technical direction
-Work with marketing teams to ensure their marketing guidelines are followed
-Manage CI/CD pipeline
-Manage cookie and consent modules using OneTrust and Google Tag Manager

Who are You?
-Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or 10 years of related experience or training
-10+ years of digital marketing experience
-5-7 years of experience in a project management role, growing and scaling digital teams on a global level
-Deep understanding of ITIL and service experience

-Ability to manage project timelines and budgets and deliver in accordance with customer requirements, utilizing multiple vendors and managing vendor relationships and contracts.
-Strong strategic marketing and analytical skills
-Solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools – Your decisions are data-inspired, and you track to (and exceed) KPIs
-Be a proven growth focused, hands-on collaborative player/coach
-Highly proficient in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
-Deep, hands-on experience with Google PPC for B2B
-Content and social media marketing
-Min 10 years managing B2B websites and the user experience
-Experience with Drupal, Acquia, Pardot, Salesforce connectivity and Google Tags/Analytics are a must
-GDPR and ADA compliance experienced with proven examples
-Punctual and able to perform time-specific and time-sensitive business critical tasks
