Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to our clients, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massages, tailored to meet individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

· Perform a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massages with precision and care.

· Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.

· Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment area, including sanitizing tools and workstations.

· Educate clients on proper post-massage care techniques and recommend appropriate products for maintenance.

· Uphold excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

· State Licensed (PA) Massage Therapist.

· Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage techniques.

· Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

· Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

· Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
