JOB TITLE: RPA Engineer
LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA
Calling all RPA Engineers in the Philadelphia, PA area  Who is looking for their next role?

Experis is seeking a skilled RPA Analyst to join our dynamic team, a leading financial services company based in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in RPA, with a strong preference for individuals with prior experience in the insurance space and financial services industry.

This is a hybrid role onsite in Philadelphia 1-2 days a week required.

This is a Permanent Full Time Position – No Sponsorship Offered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration, implementation, and testing of RPA software, with a focus on Automation Anywhere and Xceptor (preferred).
- Conduct process design and re-engineering activities, including As-Is diagramming, collaborating with business partners to identify automation opportunities, and defining automation requirements.
- Provide production support by monitoring operations and conducting manual back testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in RPA implementation and process automation.
- Proficiency in RPA software, particularly Automation Anywhere and Xceptor. Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath and Fortra will also be considered.
- Strong background in the insurance space and/or financial services industry is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
