Our Noblesville, Indiana manufacturing facility has an Maintenance Electrician role open on 1st shift, Monday – Thursday , 6am-4:40pm, with overtime required based on business needs.
Job Summaryï¼ 

Maintenance of electrical distribution throughout facility including 110V, 220V, and 480V systems.

Þ      Maintenance of switchgear and power breakers.

Þ      Properly sizing and installing power feeds to machinery. 

Þ      Installation of Transformers and distribution panels for 110V and 220V service.

Þ      Running conduit for power distribution.  Installing buss plugs.

Þ      Verifying that existing electrical systems meet code and that new systems are installed per code

Þ      Installation of 277V plant lighting systems.

Þ      Maintaining plant fire protection alarms system, access control hardware, and building automation systems.

Þ      Support assembly line in general and preventative maintenance as required.

Þ      Installation and maintenance of electrical safety lock out devices.

Þ    Maintenance of production equipment.  Electrical troubleshooting and repair of control circuits. 


Qualifications:

Þ      Knowledge of NEC and other applicable codes and regulations for this area.

Þ      Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

Þ      Experience with industrial power installation.

Þ      PLC experience a plus, preferably Allen Bradley.

Þ      Automated systems experience a plus.

Þ      Experience with Silent Knight fire alarm systems a plus.

Þ      Good skills in the following competencies: Leadership, Team Player, Planning & Organizing, Judgment/Decision Making, Communication, Project Management


Key Competencies:

Þ      High School Diploma or GED Required

Þ      Journeyman Status Strongly Preferred or willingness to obtain.

Þ    5 yrs. Industrial Electrician experience required.
