WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage and oversee all stages of the implementation of ERP solutions across the customer’s organization with multiple stakeholders as well as with third party vendors.
  • Build and lead a project team for implementation and support of ERP solutions.
  • Assist with RFPs for software applications, SOW review, and contract modifications.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis and aligned project goals within program cost estimates, financial models, and strategic system landscape.
  • Coordinate the customization, testing, implementation, and integration of the ERP systems.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance on business processes, system design, and organizational impacts.
  • Actively engage with colleagues on the senior leadership team to provide insights and updates to influence decision making around new organizational processes.
  • Manage selected software implementation vendor.
  • Ensure project team members are fully engaged and fulfilling their responsibilities alongside the vendor.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project management standards, tools, and best practices
  • Lead all project management duties such as:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that identify objectives, resource requirements, timelines, and risks.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and lead steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between project team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Identify and address any changes in project scope, schedule, or resource requirements.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts within the project team or between stakeholders.
  • Support Internal Control processes, which includes understanding, communicating, and complying with defined internal controls and suggesting and modifying the policies, procedures, and controls to match the business better.
  • Communicate upward problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, or other policy violations or illegal actions.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance & Accounting.
  • Ideally, you are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • You have 10+ years of experience performing project management support services in a supervisory and/or leadership role.
  • You have 10+ years of experience managing implementations of ERP vendor software, ideally Oracle ERP
  • You have experience working in Consulting and are familiar with the manufacturing environment.
  • Ideally, you have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills.
  • You are detail oriented, structured and have common sense.
  • You can work on your own with minimal guidance, while putting your team's interests before your own.
  • You think ‘out of the box’ to create solutions when none exist.
  • With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
  • Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • You are willing to travel.
  • You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
