ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Greet and seat guests in station in a rotational manner.
2. Be able to answer guest questions regarding the restaurant outlet and menu items.
3. Alert the necessary Manager if there are any guest issues, special needs situations, or other situations.
4. Answer phone calls and take restaurant reservations, if applicable.
5. Other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
COMPUTER SKILLS None.
