Electronics Assembly Shop seeks technicians with experience, or demonstrated train-ability in the field.

Skills that make a qualified applicant:
*Reliable self-starter able to consistently arrive to work on time (5:30 am)
*Works well with others. Able to follow instructions, verbal and written.
*Has a consistent improvement mindset = personal drive to work smarter, better, faster

Preferred existing industry experience:
*PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly); SMT (Surface Mount Technology); THT (Through Hole Technology)
*Hand soldering of small components under magnification
*Experience running PCBA equipment

High-Level applicant:
*IPC-610, 620 trained
*Inspection and rework experience
*Experience in ISO-9001 and ITAR environment
*Advanced Technology Systems experience: equipment programming, documentation control, emerging technology
*Demonstrated industry interest and commitment
