**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
* 17-20 patients per day
* Will act as support primarily. See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
* Must be comfortable with annual wellness visits and physicals
* Ancillary services available onsite
* M-F, 8am-5pm

**Required Qualifications:**
* New Grads are welcome to apply
* Unrestricted CA NP License
* CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
* Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
* EPIC EMR Proficiency
