Game Producers lead teams, initiatives and products from conception through launch and operation inside of the gaming space. They create and align teams to product vision, have a deep understanding of player needs, competitors and market conditions, and are able to balance scope, quality and time to predictably deliver at a high quality bar for players.

As a Senior Game Producer on the VALORANT Front End team, you will be responsible for helping Riot deliver and maintain the holistic UI/UX experience for VALORANT across PC and console platforms.  You will keep the players' experience in mind as you track progress, deliver content/features, and organize priorities and goals. You will also work with artists, designers, and engineers to provide genre-defining experiences to our players. You will report to the Manager of Game Production for your area.Responsibilities:

Drive the creation of the UI/UX roadmap in support of product priorities.Validate that the right products are being built through testing and researchCollaborate across teams and products to deliver a unified player experiencesMaintain stakeholder relationships and keep them informed of progress, risks and pivotsSupervise delivery of team work throughout the software development life cycleEnsure the execution of risk management, velocity tracking, product review, and quality validation processesSupport team by removing roadblocks and managing distractionsDirect all team rituals and facilitate needed communicationContinuously improve work systems to push toward development best practicesProvide essential product feedback and insight to the team and leadershipCommunicate team staffing needs as they arise Ensure optimal team health, culture, efficacy, and efficiencyRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Game Producer or Product Manager2+ years experience delivering player-facing UI/UX features on both PC and Console platformsExperience using Agile tools and processes to drive the UI/UX design and development process for multi-discipline teamsExperience partnering with central and distributed development teams to implement a unified player experience across software ecosystemsExperience leading teams through feature development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)Desired Qualifications Experience with live service games and evergreen content deliveryCertified Scrum Master (CSM) CertificationProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification
