Experience with developing software for release on Linux-based HPC using Python MongoDB/PostgreSQL Kubernetes on the backend JavaScript/D3/Vega-Lite on the frontend github/git branching models and issue tracking throughout. Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies across multiple software development projects is preferred. Demonstrable experience with QA/QC is also preferred. Strongest candidates will have experience with data science and analytical packages such as numpy pandas keras and pytorch as well as analytical programming languages such as R and Haskell. Experience with proposal writing manuscript preparation biomedical and biomolecular data OpenAPI/Swagger semantic technologies including RDF and SPARQL are a plus.
