Neuroimmunology Opportunity

The Department of Neurology at Albany Med Health System seeks a BC/BE neurologist to lead and expand its Neuroimmunology Division. Albany Med Health System, the only academic medical center in northeastern New York, is a private, non-profit organization serving over 3 million people. We are expanding to meet regional care needs. The Department of Neurology has established programs in epilepsy, dementia, movement disorders, neuromuscular disease, pediatric neurology, pain management and stroke/neurocritical care. Successful applicants will have a commitment to patient care and supervision of medical students and residents, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment with general and subspecialty neurology colleagues. An academic appointment at an Assistant, Associate, or Professor s rank depending on their qualifications and years of experience will also be offered.

The successful candidate will have completed a residency in Neurology and be certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. A fellowship in Neuro-immunology is required.
