JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Construction Admin and Parts Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to project management as well as the efficient delivery and procurement of parts and materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Duties

  • Assist with project documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenses, inventory, and other administrative data.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field staff to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, site visits, and inspections

Parts Running Duties

  • Procure and deliver parts, tools, and materials to job site as needed.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of commonly used materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Perform routine inspections of parts and materials to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas for tools and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport materials and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • $25-30 per hour based on experience
