Job Description:Supervise greenfield and brownfield civil related projectsVerify processes and procedures to increase safety, efficiencies and drive cost and time reductionsData gathering of field information & prepare work ordersVerify contractors are completing project activities according to scheduleCommunication and coordination of resourcesCommunication and coordination of desired design changes for CAPEX projects to avoid future OPEX chargesSubmit daily written and photo reports documenting constructionProject commissioning walk-throughs and sign-offsQualificationsExperience in OSHA standardsExcellent project management skills are a mustExperience in materails testing and geotechnical design is a mustOil and Gas construction experience is a mustHeavy civil construction experience is a mustExperience in project ecomonics is preferredExperience in construction management & administration is a mustExperience in land & construction surveying is preferedField experience is a mustExceptional drive for project execution and deliveryRequirements:Minimum of 15+ years of heavy civil construction and construction management related experience.Experience with maintenance programs planning, development and execution.  Excellent project management skills, excellent project economics skills, excellent communication skills, excellent construction management and administration skills, and a constant willingness to improve.Personal Qualities:Must have the drive to be a safety championMust be self motivated & willingness to motivate othersMust have excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office, SAPA constant willingness to improve is a mustMust have a positive attidute toward change & promoting changeA high level of business ethics in line with company policies
