Olympic Bar, located in the lobby of the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Seasonal Server Assistant to join our dynamic team during this holiday season and make our guests' holiday stay one to remember If you are eager to deliver exceptional service and be part of the Fairmont experience, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the servers in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
  • Set up and prepare dining areas, including arranging table settings and maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Welcome guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
  • Aid in the delivery of food and beverages to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism

Qualifications


  • Prior upscale serving experience preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments
  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required
