Required Skills and Abilities:

-At least two (2) years of previous hotel housekeeping management experience or five (5) years experience of hotel housekeeping supervisor experience required

-Able to stand for at least eight (8) hours

-Able to bend, stoop, and kneel for low area inspections

-Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist with resolving guest related issues

-Command of the English language, written and verbal

-Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

-High level of comfortability in working with computers to include Microsoft Office

-Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Description:

-Supervise all housekeeping staff

-Conduct inspection of guest rooms and public space

-Supervise assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met

-Manage inventory and conduct monthly inventories

-Train new hires

-Open and close housekeeping department

-Assist with counseling and disciplining staff
