In unserem Werk in Kreuzlingen produzieren wir seit über 35 Jahren mit gut 100 Mitarbeiter
• innen Acrylat-Haftklebstoffe für eine breite Palette von Selbstklebeprodukten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Werksleitungs-Teams suchen wir aktuell eine
• n Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager am Standort Kreuzlingen, Thurgau mit direkter Berichtslinie an unseren Plant Manager
Als EHS Führungskraft begeistern Sie uns alle für 'Safety First' und arbeiten mit Ihrem ein-/zweiköpfigen EHS Team im gesamten Werk daran, unsere Bereiche Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz, Energie-/Entsorgungsmanagement, Anlagen-/Gebäudesicherheit und Prozesssicherheit nachhaltig zu gestalten und zu entwickeln.
Hierzu stehen Sie in engem Kontakt mit Behörden und staatlichen Einrichtungen und beraten auch uns im Werk auf allen Ebenen zu neuen und/oder geänderten Anforderungen.
Zum sicheren Betrieb unserer chemischen Anlagen, Abläufe und Prozesse erarbeiten Sie entsprechende Lösungsvorschläge und Maßnahmen .
Im Zuge der steten Weiterentwicklung unseres Sicherheitsbewusstseins bereiten Sie sicherheitsrelevante Trainingsmaßnahmen für alle Bereiche und Ebenen vor, führen diese durch und verantworten die Ausführung für alle unserer Fachbereiche im Werk.

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen? - Ihre Qualifikationen:

Studium vorzugsweise im Bereich Chemie / Chemie-Ingenieurwesen / Verfahrenstechnik / Sicherheitsingenieurswesen verbunden mit einem hohen Sicherheitsverständnis
Berufserfahrung als Sicherheitsfachkraft mit Bezug zur Arbeits- und Prozesssicherheit (HAZOP, PHA, PSM) in einem chemischen Produktionsumfeld
Praktische Kenntnisse der schweizerischen und europäischen arbeitsschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben und Verordnungen sowie im Chemie- und Umweltrecht und der europäischen Chemikalienverordnung (REACH)
Projektmanagement basierend auf Lean / Six Sigma Methoden (idealerweise Green Belt oder Black Belt)
Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Kreativität und Innovationsbegeisterung, unternehmerisches Denken , um nachhaltige Projekte aufzubauen und Ihre Karriere bei Avery Dennison zu beginnen
