In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to develop the overall look and design of websites.
  • Write website code using HTML, CSS, React, and Java
  • Enhance user experience by incorporating applications, graphics, audio, and video.
  • Ensure cross-platform accessibility and perform routine testing for quality, and fix website issues and bugs.
  • Create architectural diagrams, specifications, and proof-of concept solutions.
  • Participate in design and requirement reviews, review code, and promote best practices.
  • Develop high-performance cloud solutions and manage work priorities with partners.
  • Write technical documentation and communicate design proposals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
