At least 8- 10 years of experience as Business Analyst This would translate to the fact that the candidate should be able to work both with the business partners and the technology teams very closely in a daily basis to assist in defining the capability and being involved throughout the build process.

Experience working in banking projects (preferable).

At least 8+years of experience in creating Business & Functional requirements, Epic, Feature & User Stories.

Hands on experience in Project Management tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps etc.

Analytical and Communication skills.

Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize and receive formal sign-off from approvers.

Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business & technology teams and send the meeting minutes document.

Analyze data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community.
