Duties

As a Computer Scientist, you will perform the following duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide technical solutions and guidance regarding all major and critical research into the computer sciences and integration efforts. Conceive and plan new concepts, methods, and techniques which can provide a significant technical or operational impact in the assigned area. Develop innovative technical solutions to integrate diverse legacy components and direct technology infusion into installed systems and networks.
- Develop comprehensive program and project plans, including goals, timelines, resources and deliverables through coordination with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Monitor project progress, identifies risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with international government agencies and entities. Identify potential collaboration opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements. Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate knowledge exchange and resource sharing. Act as a liaison between the organization and partner agencies, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
