  • Support the USTAâs efforts focused on US Open Fan Access Passâa program granting exclusive access to thrilling activations, coveted photo opportunities, and VIP seating during US Open Fan Week. We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team and be the face of the brand, ensuring every registered fan enjoys a top-notch experience. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule for US Open Fan Week, which will take place  at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y., August 19 - August 25, 2024. 
 The role includes:
  • Greeting and assisting fans with registration and inquiries about the Fan Access Pass.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of activation access with efficiency and enthusiasm.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing fan needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment throughout Fan Week.
 Who You Are  
  • Ability to communicate clearly, and professionally with fans.
    • You act as the face of the Fan Access Pass program and the US Open brand and will be interacting with thousands of fans on a daily basis.
  • Competent and comfortable with technology and mobile devices.  
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time 
    • Shade is provided when possible, but some positions will be in the direct sun.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
    • You will work closely & collaboratively with our vendors and USTA staff to ensure fans are receiving the best US Open experience. 
 The salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt. Must be available to work on-site from August 19 - August 25.
