Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Formulist to develop and perfect formulations for our CBD drinks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in beverage formulation, with specific expertise in CBD and other cannabinoids. This role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and an understanding of consumer preferences in the wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and optimize formulations for a variety of Adaptogenic and CBD-infused drinks, ensuring consistency in flavor, efficacy, and stability.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to explore new ingredients and technologies that enhance product performance.
- Ensure all formulations comply with relevant health and safety regulations, including cannabinoid content, ingredient sourcing, and labeling requirements.
- Conduct research on the latest trends and innovations in functional beverages to inform product development.
- Manage the scaling process of formulations from small-batch prototypes to large-scale production, working closely with production teams.
- Oversee stability testing and quality control processes to ensure product integrity over its shelf life.
- Document formulation processes, ingredients, and testing results meticulously.
- Provide expertise and support to marketing and sales teams, helping to articulate the benefits and features of new products.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in beverage formulation, with a focus on functional infused products.
- In-depth knowledge of cannabinoids, including their properties, interactions, and legal regulations.
- Experience with emulsion technology and flavor formulation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for the wellness industry and a deep understanding of consumer needs and trends.
