OB/GYN Hospitalist PositionFT/PT shifts are available**Sign on bonus**Since opening its doors in 1927, the Methodist Dallas Medical Center has been consistently recognized for its high standards of care. The renowned health system has become one of the leading healthcare providers in North Texas and houses a Level III NICU. MDMC is an inter-city hospital that sees about 1,900 annual deliveries and offers a residency program. In addition to private delivery rooms, MDMC offers private postpartum rooms with lactation support and newborn security overlooking the Dallas skyline. MDMC also hosts several monthly classes including childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
OBHG began in 2006 and leads the industry in developing and managing in-house OB/GYN hospitalist programs. We strive to make care safer for moms and babies while helping our physicians find a work/life balance. Our OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in-house experts whose ability to handle any obstetric emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction. This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.
As a clinician-centered company, Ob Hospitalist Group offers an exceptional benefits package and promotes a superior work/life balance. Full-time Hospitalists have the freedom to design their schedules, typically involving 5-7 24-hour shifts per month, without on-call duty or office management. If part time is what you are looking for, this involves 1-4 (24hr) shifts/month.
