$3,000 Sign-on Bonus
Status: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
Wage: $25 - $30/Hr - DOE
Location: Avamere Rehabilitation of Issaquah - 805 Front St S, Issaquah, WA 98027

Responsibilities:
Schedule residents' medical appointments with out of facility specialties. May escort residents on appointment as needed. Schedule residents' transportation for medical appointments. Assists with CNA assignment as directed by resident care manager and charge nurse. Assists with directing phone calls as necessary. May assist with audits in resident care and general facility audits as assigned. Assists wound care team with weekly wound rounds. In charge of stocking treatments supplies in the medication cart for wound rounds. Must assist with answering call lights throughout the shift. Assists with ancillary services scheduling, for example, podiatrist, dentist and optometrist services. Assists daily with resident mealtime. May cover the front desk as needed. May assist the infection Preventionist Nurse with projects as assigned. Any other tasks as assigned by Director of Nursing Services within the scope of practice.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Must hold a nurse assistant certification from the state of Washington in good standing.
Please Note: Effective Oct. 18, 2021, all Avamere employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they have an approved medical or religious exception. If you are hired by Avamere after Oct. 18, 2021, you will need to be fully vaccinated (or obtain an approved exemption) prior to starting work and need to provide proof of vaccination (or approved exemption) within 10 days of starting work.
