Kowalski's deli is a fast-paced, high customer service department. An ideal deli associate is inviting, and service minded.

Deli associates are responsible for building right relationships with their coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

No experience is required Kowalski's provides extensive, in-person, hands-on training that thoroughly educates new employees on how to perform their jobs safely, quickly, and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18+
  • Flexible to schedule 20-39 hours a week
  • Available between the hours of 8AM-6PM, 10AM-8PM, or 12PM-9PM
  • Weekend and some holiday availability
  • Ensure quality and safety of food
  • Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interest in preparing, handling, and cooking food
  • Interest in product knowledge
  • Understand that you have the power to impact customers and coworkers day in a positive way
