Our affiliate, Unified Women’s Healthcare of Texas, is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Austin, TX. Certified nurse midwife (CNM) is responsible for working closely with both gynecologic and obstetric patients, assisting in births, and providing health care to women post-pregnancy. The CNM will assist with prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and may also provide reproductive care, treatment, and education to female patients.

Join an established and successful practice that has served the Austin metro area for several years2 practice locations in Austin and PflugervillePractice team consists of 4 OB/GYN physicians and 2 nurse practitioners1 day of call per week assisting physician team with deliveries1 weekend of call per monthAbility to build up own patient clinic practice within the groupOpportunity for productivity-based bonus incomeDelivering hospital: St. David’s North Austin Medical Center (Level 4 NICU)Compensation/Benefits Highlights:

AMCB Certified Nurse-MidwifeGraduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) licenseCPR and NALS CertificationCurrent Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtainOne year of full-time experience as a CNM is preferredLabor & Delivery experience preferredCity/Location Highlights
