We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Development Director to join our team at PTI Services. You will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction of wireless infrastructure sites, leading all aspects of site acquisition and construction management. You will negotiate lease agreements, conduct site inspections for technical feasibility and compliance, and coordinate with local authorities for necessary zoning approvals and permits. Additionally, you will develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all activities adhere to design specifications, quality, and safety standards. You will be the primary point of contact, communicating updates to stakeholders and resolving any constraints to ensure successful project completion.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in telecommunications site development required.
- Demonstrated experience in site development and construction management required.
- Strong knowledge of land-use planning and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Proven expertise in project management and leading wireless telecommunications teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
