This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be within a commutable distance of one of our 4 Distribution Centers in PA, MN, CO or NV.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
The Supplier Compliance Manager will support QBP in its efforts to improve supplier performance and operational efficiencies. They are responsible for driving internal and external compliance measures. The role will identify non-compliant operations and assess patterns which merit business process change. The role plays a key part in increasing gross margin as well as decreasing operational expense by reacting to business operations which could result in lost sales and/or undesirable inventory positions. Additionally, this role is integral in preventing inefficient labor usage in the procure to pay process as well as DC receipt operations.
Partner and communicate with DC Operations, Purchasing and Suppliers when compliance issues arise such as ASN’s, EDI, UPC, documentation and other supply chain flow items *[30%]
Create QBP’s compliance standards and maintain Supplier Scorecard Metrics allowing more efficient flow of inventory *[25%]
Partner with Category teams to assist with proactive supplier outreach engaging suppliers who are lacking in performance and provide get-well strategies and best practices. Tracking of actions to ensure improvement is made. *[10%]
Partner with Purchasing teams to influence supplier action within established SLA timeline *[10%]
React to product damage and return rates to determine solutions *[10%]
Meet electronically or in person with suppliers to improve operational performance. *[5%]
Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects related to compliance processes or system enhancements. *[5%]
Work with data to analyze supplier compliance and provide recommendations and solutions to potential gaps. *[5%]

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Previous distribution center or purchasing operations experience (2-5 years)
Intermediate knowledge of software systems (such as SAP, HighJump (or other WMS system), MS Office, VISIO, JIRA, Workfront)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with people across all organizational levels
Demonstrated leadership abilities with people you may not formally direct
Demonstrated ability to negotiate win/win outcomes
Impeccably organized
Ability to flex between big picture and day to day tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
In depth knowledge of Receiving compliance requirements and processes within a Distribution Center
In depth knowledge of procure to pay processes
Background in continuous improvement and/or LEAN
Greenbelt in Six Sigma or LEAN
OTHER RELATED CRITERIA
Domestic and International Travel
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 1 or more times a year which includes flying by plane and driving a motor vehicle. Must possess a valid US Passport and driver’s license and fulfill the requirements of being a QBP Approved Driver.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform work on a phone and computer extensively.
Ability to lift up to 55lbs occasionally
Ability to lift 20lbs. overhead occasionally
Ability to team-lift 70lbs occasionally

Position Pay Range: $83,538.62 to $125,329.36
Budgeted Hiring Range: $85K - $90K

Pay ranges are assigned to a job based on market data from 3rdparty salary benchmark data as well as balancing internal equity of other roles with similar levels of responsibility. Individual pay within the range can vary for several reasons including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, tenure, performance, and available budget.
