My Daily Activities

Do you eat, sleep and breathe all things Bakery? As a Bakery Manager you’ll experience it all from total department planning, ordering and merchandising all the products our customers love. You’ll also get to train, coach and help your team grow and learn all there is to know about Bakery. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and safe environment for all of our associates and we work together to accomplish this goal.

Qualifications

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of Bakery equipment
- Previous bakery and management experience is required
- Ability to successfully lead, coach, train, develop and motivate a team while providing clear and consistent direction
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding department needs and priorities
- Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
