Job Description

Our Asset Care Services team plays a pivotal role for our clients by providing services around their water treatment equipment. Services include troubleshooting, onsite evaluations, routine visits, and demineralizer bottle exchanges. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to final billing, benefiting both our internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Mapping and analyzing the entire customer experience process (ITO/OTR) to identify areas for improvementConducting in-depth assessments to pinpoint process gaps and developing innovative solutionsGenerating comprehensive analytical reports for the leadership team to drive data-informed decision-makingPresenting findings and recommendations throughout your tenure, showcasing your analytical and communication skillsAssisting in the strategic migration of tools from Microsoft to Google Suite and other platforms, enhancing our operational efficiency
