Our client is seeking a Field Auditor to join their team and conduct internal audits and make risk assessments, evaluate compliance, document violations, and handle accounting duties.

The qualified candidate will have their college degree, minimum 1 year of office and customer service experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and a 10-key calculator.

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule. Apply today to be immediately considered.

Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $47,000 to $60,000 a year Responsibilities
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Print, copy, file, and scan documents.
  • Prepare billings for apprentice adjustments.
  • Perform paystub audits from members as needed.
  • Prepare and plan financial audits.
  • Assist with drafting and preparing reports and worksheets.
  • Assist with monthly running, mailing of IIP and employer report forms.
  • Handle weekly delivery and pick-up runs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must have a college degree in accounting.
  • Experience with A/P and A/R.
  • Minimum 1 year of office and customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with 10-key by touch.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Access.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel interisland/mainland on daily and/or weekly intervals.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
