Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

$35/hr for 1st shift. $35.50/hr for 2nd or 3rd shift. Need to be open to any shift due to union bid system. We are looking for candidates that have the ability to maintain the facility, hot stamping presses, and lasers. This position will be 50% electrical and 50% mechanical. We are looking for a maintenance technician that is both electrically and mechanically skilled. The mechanical functions will include but are not limited to: gears, welding (MIG & TIG), light fabrication (basic shop tools), hydraulics, pneumatics, and pipe fitting. Electrical experience will include but is not limited to: 480V, PLC, ladder logic, motor install, hydraulic circuits, AC/DC, proximity switches, limit switches, and combination starters. We are looking for candidates that can troubleshoot the above and not just replace. Having the ability to multitask and take on a challenge would be a plus. Candidates will receive direction from the supervisor on shift and will get work orders. Techs will be performing Preventative Maintenance around the facility and will have some paperwork to document. The biggest thing for the maintenance manager is: Do they have a good attitude? Are they honest and do they try?
