Field Estimator

Description:
  • Develops estimates based off provided NORMS inside the Ineight program capturing all materials, subcontractors, and labor for all crafts.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and submit estimates in a step by step method using the NORMS reviewed and approved by SME leads for Civil, Structural, Piping, and Mechanical.
    • Track estimate requests and due dates, and ensure we are meeting delivery deadlines.
    • Set up estimate review meetings with key stakeholders prior to submittal to client.
    • Attend and review your estimate with stakeholders and answer any questions pertaining to the estimates.
    • Enter your estimate log into Touchplan per department.Skills and Capabilities:
      • Proficient in MS Excel
      • Deadline driven.
      • Ability to respond to changes in priorities while still meeting deadlines.
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Employ problem-solving skills and analysis,
      • Ability to report roadblocks to the Site Project Controls Manager and Site Manager as needed.Qualifications:
        • Refinery field craft or supervisory experience
