About the Role
As a Vehicle Handling Operator for inbound and outbound vehicles, you will be part of the plant's logistics team. Based on your qualifications and know-how, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of the administrative inbound and outbound process of vehicles.
Your Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Administrate vehicle handover from the customer to the plant logistics team
- Follow defined processes and execution plan to ensure vehicle allocation
- Accurate data management to guarantee data quality of vehicle yard
- Actively drive and implement best practice and utilize lessons learned to optimize yard management
- Completion of high school (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in vehicle coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowlegde of SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)
- Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
