We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a leadership role as a Clinical Registered Nurse Coordinator in our Critical Care Department

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. Responsible for the Clinical Education of staff and charge nurses. May perform other administrative functions as necessary. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related and at least 3 years experience required.
