As a Service Tech at United Rentals supporting our Flooring and Facilities Solutions Division, you'll use your skills to perform maintenance tasks as well as minor repairs on equipment in a safe and professional manner. Additional duties include the following:

* Perform maintenance checks on rental flooring equipment before and after use

* Report machine condition to Management

* Perform repairs of rental flooring equipment as needed, including checking electrical continuity, wiring faults and tagging of equipment for rental ready status

* Demonstrateequipment for customers

* Assistwith pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts

* Otherduties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

* HighSchool diploma or equivalent

* Validdriver's license with acceptable driving record

* Basicknowledge of electrical equipment

* Strongmechanical aptitude including knowledge of tools applicable to position

* Superiorcustomer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

* Abilityto frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.
