Overview:

As a Crew Leader at Sonic Drive-In, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals and ensuring smooth operations at our drive-in. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun and loving environment, where you can showcase your leadership skills and learn valuable management techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate crew members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Manage inventory and control costs
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
