The Medical Equipment Delivery Technician is responsible for transporting sterilized medical equipment from the central supply staging area to designated departments. This role ensures crucial biomedical assets are delivered in a timely and organized manner to support patient care. The Technician works independently to pick up, transport, and return equipment according to established procedures.

This position is open for 1st and 2nd Shifts, Monday - Friday and a rotating weekend obligations with overtime pay

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve sterilized medical equipment, devices, and supplies from the central supply staging area
- Deliver items to appropriate hospital floors and departments, transporting equipment safely and securely
- Ensure proper chain of custody and documentation for all equipment transfers
- Return used/soiled equipment to the central supply area for reprocessing and sterilization
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked equipment staging and storage areas
- Work closely with clinicians and other hospital staff to meet equipment needs
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality protocols

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of medical operations and medical equipment a plus

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or logistics role
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to punctuality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
