Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Manager is responsible for partnering directly with stakeholders as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and point of contact for Talent Acquisition. This role will also advise business leadership on market trends and best practices in recruiting, optimize hiring strategies, drive process improvements, and deliver on key initiatives/goals to support the business and succession planning. With guidance from TA leadership, this role will be responsible for delivering the talent acquisition strategy and operations for our North American regional team. The ideal candidate not only has a deep understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand, and strong experience in talent acquisition but also understands how to generate action from inspiration in delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
In partnership with business leadership, Talent Acquisition, Retail Operations and People Team Partners, the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Manager develops tools and resources that support the overall talent elevation strategy for NA. · Supports Talent team, as needed, in identifying internal and external talent along with cultivating relationships with emerging leaders. · Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Buying, Planning and Allocations, Merchandising, RLE and Store Operations and Talent Acquisition partners · Adheres to and helps deliver TA Process and Guidance. · Supports creation, implementation and delivery of tools and resources which support the overall TA Strategy and Process. Including job approval process, candidate slates, interview question guides, robust and brand-appropriate job postings, retail talent training guides, newsletters, etc. · Support data-driven recruiting decisions that lead to better output and process optimization overall · Monitor and analyze candidate feedback (internally and externally) and recruit and hire market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. · Develops and educates sustainable education to ensure the Ralph Lauren Brand is understood and elevated in all channels as it relates to talent. · Supports creation of the vision for the future of recruiting and candidate experience, resulting in acquisition of top talent and development of best-in-class resources · Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership on market research, industry best practices, analytics, and internal feedback to conduct a gap analysis and inform strategic direction. · Partners with Talent Operations to recommend system and technology enhancements that best support the NA Regional business · Responds to feedback from stakeholders and candidates to ensure best-in-class experience through solutions that are faithful to our culture and brand image · Achieves established KPIs - Career Site Experience, Diverse Candidate Slates, Productivity, Cost of Hire, etc. · Proven ability to proactively assess talent gaps in partnership with the People Partner Team · Supports internal mobility processes and the creation of best practices for our internal population and their career growth. · On an as needed basis owns end-to-end recruitment
