SUMMARY

The Treasury Analyst I position is a member of the Treasury Operations team reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager. They will be responsible for daily cash management duties including cash positioning, payments, borrowing/investing and journal entries utilizing our Treasury management system GTreasury. The role will monitor the cash operations inbox. This position interacts internally with various shared services groups and externally with banking partners. This role will be focused on timely execution of hands-on-tasks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the daily cash management process.
  • Reviews bank activity and initiates recommended transfers within GTreasury.
  • Prepare and submit cash journal entries.
  • Manages various cash, investment, and debt schedules.
  • Support business units and shared service groups with check status inquiries, stop payments and other bank activities.
  • Administer user access within the bank systems, implement new banking products, and maintenance of bank signors.
  • Supports period-end reconciliation of bank balances and activity to general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure activities are compliant with company policies and internal controls.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (Business major preferred)
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Team player with excellent collaborative and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities


NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Treasury workstation experience
  • CTP designation

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
