As an IT Specialist (Customer Support), you will perform the following duties:

Plans and carries out difficult and complex assignments in the delivery of customer support services.
Diagnoses and resolves difficult and complex problems in response to customer reported incidents.
Researches, evaluates, and provides feedback on incident and request trends and patterns in customer support requirements.
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains customer hardware and software.
Provides support for local LAN/WAN connectivity components and troubleshoots local network connectivity issues as they arise.
Provides day to day helpdesk support to include, but not limited to, software install/troubleshooting, hardware break/fix issues, workstation setup/decommission, mobile device setup / troubleshooting, network printer setup, and user account provisioning and deprovisioning.
Provides support for on-prem phone systems to include, but not limited to, creating/deleting system users / voicemail accounts, modifying extension information, applying system updates, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting problems that may arise.
Maintains Organizational Units in Active Directory to include user, computer, security group, and distribution group objects.
