The eDiscovery Project Manager will work with the Legal team on all aspects of the electronic discovery process, including identification, preservation, collection, analysis, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). The eDiscovery Project Manager will report to the Assistant General Counsel â eDiscovery and will be responsible for providing assistance and administrative support to IBKRâs in-house attorneys.

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

  • Employing standard workflows for all aspects of the e-discovery process and customizing workflows as necessary given the unique requirements of each case.
  • Maintaining detailed familiarity with vendor platforms and providing support to case teams utilizing those platforms.
  • Liaising with internal data and technology teams to facilitate collection and transfer of data and identifying and implementing process improvement and standardizations. 
  • Evaluating projects for use of analytics and providing workflows for implementation.
  • Using industry-standard processes to facilitate document reviews, ECA workflows, and document productions.
  • Providing reporting metrics, user activity, or other requested document-based metrics
  • Performing quality checks and detailed analysis on work product prior to document production or additional levels of review.
  • Maintaining consistent oversight and tracking of all assigned matters, from start to finish, for compliance with eDiscovery Billing Guidelines and Vendor Management. Including matter notes, documentation, and weekly updates.

What required skillâs you need:

  • Three or more years of eDiscovery project and/or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of industry standard practices for Electronic Discovery preservation, collection, processing, and review.
  • Extensive administrative experience using Relativity, including an understanding of case search, query syntax creation, document review setup/batching workflows, tag field/layout creation, predictive coding technologies/TAR, content/concept data analysis tools, and data production generation.
  • Prior experience managing cases or projects containing complex ESI. 
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relativity-Certified Administrator preferred
