POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for digital product operation duties supporting our e-commerce platforms and business functions.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Owns the digital product operations across FAS in partnership with various cross functional partners to enrich, categorize and launch products.

• Manages a team to ensure the accuracy of product pages; troubleshoots and resolves issues with product content.

• Ensures clear and timely communication of issue status, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Partners with the promotions team for product-specific promotional events to ensure seamless execution of event product pages.

• Identifies and recommends opportunities for process improvement. Initiates process changes as needed utilizing the appropriate resources.

• Identifies opportunities to reduce operational overhead by shifting work from manual inputs to automated inputs.

• Implements effective change management strategies and training plans to gain adoption from multiple business functions.

• Partners with IT & QA in resolving issues timely.

• Drives the mentorship and growth of individuals within the team.

• Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team. Leads the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Merchandising, Marketing or related field

• 4+ years in ecommerce, vertical retail, or specialty retail environment

• 1+ years of experience with product information management systems or software

• Proficiency in project management and Wrike or JIRA a plus

• Passion for digital culture, publishing and e-commerce

• Executes work effectively by meeting deadlines, and keeping key stakeholders informed of product updates

• Strong communication and partnering skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and highly effective in cross-functional environments

• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
