* Flexibility to rotate through multiple clinic sites, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your preferences.

* Diverse and dedicated team of 250 staff members, including 40 professionals in the behavioral health department alone.
* Supervise a Psych NP and a resident psychiatrist: A stepping stone for higher pay and more leadership opportunities
* Psych NP carries their own panel
* Collaborate seamlessly with a primary care and the behavioral health team, ensuring holistic patient care and strong interdisciplinary teamwork.
