OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Market Manager, you will oversee all sales and personnel aspects of the branch and Onsite business within your market. Support responsibilities include, managing personnel, recruiting, leading the Branch Operations Manager in asset management and growing sales within your market. This position will have a home branch location based at 1725 Lake Dr W, Chanhassen, MN 55317.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Developing and executing a sales plan in a local territory to reach and exceed business goals
o Demonstrating excellence in business to business selling on a daily basis
o Communicating effectively to motivate the performance of others to hit sales and revenue goals while growing profitability
o Collaborating with industry specialists and sales support teams to leverage additional business
o Recruiting, training and developing personnel
o Modeling and promoting career opportunities to personnel

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
o Possess at least 2 years of experience as a General Manager, Customer Solutions Consultant, National Accounts Sales Specialist, Business Sales Specialist, Solutions Sales Specialist, District Sales Specialist, Onsite Development Specialist, Safety Sales Specialist, Strategic Accounts Safety Specialist, National Accounts Business Manager or Senior National Accounts Sales Specialist
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Perform high level business reviews with key customers
o Highly motivated and self directed with the ability to motivate others
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience playing a critical role in landing a minimum of one Onsite location
o Experience running a market with a three month average the size of $400K+ including branch and Onsite business
