**Job Details**
* 167 hospital beds
* Daily census: 42-45
* 7 on/7 off block schedule for full-time
* Two physicians rounding daily (7a-7p)
* In-house Nocturnist (7p-7a); and will cover ICU
* Two NP/PA shifts per day
* Closed ICU–ICU covered by Intensivist
* No procedures required, however intubation / central line procedures encouraged
* Must run codes with EM back up at night; ICU back up during day shift
* EMR: Epic
**Additional Information**
* Full-time physicians are employed with benefits
* $30K commencement bonus plus $30K retention bonus for 24 month commitment
* Day position available $300+ annually plus benefits
* Competitive Medical Director Stipend
* Paid malpractice and tail

SSM Health St. Mary\'s Hospital is a full-service community hospital offering healthcare services since 1907. The hospital offers a dedicated inpatient pediatric unit, wound and outpatient treatment centers, orthopedic care, cancer care and more. This hospital was renovated in 2014 into a state-of-the-art facility which was built focusing on patient safety and improving healing environments.
