Key Responsibilities:

Network Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and upgrades of network hardware and software to uphold peak performance and reliability.

Troubleshooting: Swiftly diagnose and resolve network issues, spanning connectivity, bandwidth, and security, to minimize disruptions.

Configuration Management: Skillfully configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

Security Management: Implement and sustain robust network security measures, safeguarding against unauthorized access and malicious threats.

Monitoring and Optimization: Proactively monitor network performance and traffic patterns, implementing optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with IT team members and cross-functional departments to facilitate seamless integration of new network technologies and systems.

User Support: Provide expert technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing network-related queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Proven track record working as a Network Technician or in a similar capacity, demonstrating hands-on expertise in network infrastructure management.

Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, coupled with proficiency in configuring network hardware and software.

Security Acumen: Familiarity with network security principles and best practices, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats.

Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, enabling rapid identification and resolution of network issues.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and user support
